If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging should be included where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

3. RETURN PROCESS

  • Photos if item is damaged or incorrect

Customers must wait for return approval instructions before sending any items back.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as Classic Bootique is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
